Time to Move: Workout Playlist

There are days where I do not want to workout. I know it’s impossible, but there are some days where my motivation is not as high. Have you ever woken up in the morning and you have a song stuck in your head? Not a song that is annoying…a song that gives your heart a little jump and proceeds to get you to hum the tune all day. Those types of days drive me to open my phone and build a playlist around that song. Here is one playlist that will get you through your heart-pounding workout:
